HomeTV Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

HomeTV ("the app") is designed to respect your privacy completely. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information.

We do not collect your data

HomeTV does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs that gather data. We, the developer, never receive any information about you or your home.

Your HomeKit data stays on your device

HomeTV displays and controls your smart-home accessories using Apple's HomeKit framework. All of that information โ€” your homes, rooms, accessories, scenes, sensor readings, and camera streams โ€” is provided by HomeKit on your Apple TV and stays on your Apple devices, protected by Apple's end-to-end encryption. HomeTV never sends this information anywhere off your device, and the app makes no network connections of its own.

Cameras

Camera snapshots and live streams are provided directly by HomeKit and are shown only on your screen. They are not recorded, stored, or transmitted by HomeTV.

Purchases

HomeTV offers a one-time purchase for lifetime access, handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Your trial status is stored only on your own device. We never see or receive your payment information; Apple processes all transactions under Apple's own privacy policy.

Children

HomeTV does not collect any information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
